Shipping costs
1 - Shipping costs are offered from:
- 35 Euros order for the France.
2 - The shipping costs charged for a shipment outside France do not include any customs fees and other ancillary costs that may be requested at the entrance of certain countries, these costs remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

1 - We offer payment via PayPal, so that you can pay the amount of your purchases:

Delivery1 - The processing of your order is carried out upon receipt of your payment.
A letter acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent to you.

For packages greater than 250 g and less than 20 kgs
- By colissimo (2 to 3 working days) when our products are sent from France, and 3 to 5 working days for Europe, 5 to 10 working days for the rest of the world.
- or by international mail when sent from Thailand (allow 10 to 15 working days for receipt).
3 - We can not be held responsible in case of package not received, lost or damaged. Our parcels are sent by the postal services of France or the international post.
In case of return for lack of information on the delivery address, or not present at the time of delivery, or if the customer does not pick up his package at the post office when it is indicated on the colissimo link, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again if he wishes the reshipment. If he wishes a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

3 - The modification or cancellation of an order is only possible when it has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped from our premises, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
